Training Method

1 on 1 Personal Training is the primary focus at Adapt Performance. Our training model emphasizes the need for individualized programming and a case by case approach. We place equal importance on overall strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness to provide well rounded training outcomes. Body weight strength training, Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Yoga, Pilates and conventional resistance training are all featured to various degree’s within a training program, all dependent on the individuals specific needs.

At Adapt Performance we also understand that sometimes life happens. We strive to work closely with our clients and shape each session accordingly, all depending on how you present when you walk through our doors on the day. Training smarter not harder underpins everything we do at Adapt and we endeavor to provide a truly personal service to you.

This ‘bespoke’ service means we cater to all fitness levels and ages, with current clients ageing from 15 through to 80 years old. Whether you consider yourself a healthy athlete, a novice or you are recovering from serious injury, all are welcome and able to train with us here at Adapt Performance.
